You will oversee and lead the Finance Division inside Premium Production.

What you will do:*

• Oversee our Income, Disbursements, and Assets & Materials Departments
• Optimize all operations within your responsibilities to maximize income
• Manage payroll and bonuses
• Ensure all payments are processed
• Ensure all bills/invoices are documented and paid
• Monitor and negotiate fees and rates as needed
• Document assets & materials accurately
• Update records and audits are regularly and accurately
• Handle all cash within Premium Production
• Have team meetings and support team members as needed

• Proficiency in Quickbooks, E-file cabinet, and Google Workspace applications (or similar)

Pay:* $55,000 to $60,000 annually Bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
